No Cloud Save and Rovio Accounts for Windows Phone

Why is Rovio ignoring Angry Birds Epic for Windows Phone so much? They have just like released Windows Phone version in December and that’s all. Because who cares about WinPhone right? It would be great if they could add at least Rovio Accounts and Cloud Save to the game.
